Known Issues

The following are known issues related to version 2010 Q1 of the Client Tool.

A new installation was not created for the 2010 Q1 version of the Client Tool. Therefore, users must install the 2009 Q4 release and then update to the 2010 Q1 version. When the Client Tool is first opened after installation, an extraneous message will be displayed that indicates "Your ECMPS databases have never been backed up." 3/9/2010 The extraneous message that appears after installation of the Client Tool can be ignored. 3/9/2010
A new Help File was not created for the 2010 Q1 version of the Client Tool, therefore the "About this Release" page reflects the previous version number and release date. 3/9/2010 The current release name is "ECMPS Client Tool 2010 Quarter 1 Release" and the release date was March 9, 2010. This will be updated in a future release. 3/9/2010
All historical emissions data have not been transferred from the legacy system to ECMPS. 1/15/2009 All of the data necessary for sources to submit data are in place in ECMPS. The hourly data for years 2003 to 2007 are still being loaded for sources who began using ECMPS with their 2008Q4 submissions. However, these data are not necessary for sources to submit any new data. Historical emissions data loading will be completed in early 2010. 3/9/2010
An error may occur if an attempt is made to save the Emissions Evaluation Report to PDF. 1/15/2009 The Emissions Evaluation Report may be saved as an Excel spreadsheet. The functionality to save the report as a PDF will be corrected in the next version of the Client Tool. 3/9/2010
An error may occur if an attempt is made to save the Emissions Summary Report as an Excel spreadsheet. 12/22/2008 The Emissions Summary Report may be saved as a PDF. The functionality to save the report as an Excel spreadsheet will be corrected in the next version of the Client Tool. 3/9/2010
