When reporting QA Certification Event records indicating that maintenance was performed on a probe (e.g., Event Codes 110, 130, 180, 185, 190, 192, etc.), do NOT report the Component ID of the probe in the certification event record. 

Instead, you should report the System ID of the monitoring system(s) and the Component ID of the analyzer(s) which required recertification testing (e.g., linearity check, RATA, etc.).

The purpose of the QA Certification Event record is to indicate which systems and components needed to undergo quality assurance testing.
