ECMPS Support

Before Installing the ECMPS Client Tool verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

For Windows XP (32-bit or 64-bit)

• Administrative rights on the computer on which the software will be installed
• Windows XP Service Pack 2
• Pentium III, 1 GHz processor
• 2 GB memory
• Video display with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution with at least 256 colors
• 3 GB hard disk space for application software and data
• Internet connection (768kb upload speed)
• Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing any reports saved in PDF and online documentation)

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)

• Administrative rights on the computer on which the software will be installed
• Windows Experience Index Score:
  • 4 RAM (random access memory)
  • 4 CPU (central processing unit)
  • 4 Hard disk
  • 3 General graphics performed on the desktop
  • 3 3D graphics capability
• 2 GB memory
• Video display with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution with at least 256 colors
• 3 GB hard disk space for application software and data
• Internet connection (768kb upload speed)
• Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing any reports saved in PDF and online documentation)

Shared Databases

Required Administrative Rights

For the ECMPS directory and all sub-directories, users should have the following rights:

• Modify
• Read & Execute
• List Folder Contents
• Read
• Write

Users should also have the following advanced rights:

• Create Files/Write Data
• Create Folders/Append Data
• Delete
• Delete Subfolders and Files
